Vivid gold in the glass, York Vineyards’ Blanc de Noirs is crafted from 100% Pinot Noir from 2019, grown on vines planted in 1986 just 500 feet from Lake Ontario. A single-barrel selection of only 250 bottles, it is a rare expression of this lakeshore vineyard.

Two years in barrel followed by five years on lees bring depth and complexity, while an exceptionally fine mousse lends a seamless, creamy texture.

The expressive nose unfolds with white currant, fresh apple, cherry, marzipan and ripe plum layered over vanilla bean. Together, the fruit and vanilla suggest mango sorbet, while hazelnut, brioche, and a hint of peppercorn reflect patient maturation.
